About Me
I grew up in North Carolina, but I have lived in a dozen states in the US, as well as seven years in France.
From an early age, I have always been passionate about my own self growth and very sensitive to energy. I have healed myself from multiple past traumas that created self-limiting beliefs, as well as physical symptoms.
I have an amazing story about meeting Archangel Michael at the age of 20 after a car accident. I have spent the last several years acknowledging the truth of those moments for me, and developing a close relationship with Michael and other Angels. I rely heavily on the etheric realm for support and insight in my work.
With their support, I am gifted at seeing patterns in lifetimes and spiraling that out to its root source for awareness, healing, and clearing. I see you in your highest Whole form and reflect that back to you.
Prior to being in holistic wellness, I was a wedding and event planner. I was drawn to weddings because I wanted to make an important day, a forever memory, run flawlessly. After I moved to France with my infant son and French husband, I began my healing journey which led me deep into spirituality. I had my own event company abroad for several years, but I felt called to more profound work. I wanted to make more than one day run smoothly. I wanted to help others make all of their days run better.
I spent 10 years learning, growing, and exploring healing modalities. I was surprised by how powerful Reiki energy was during my first attunement. I was amazed that it could be so gentle and yet so powerful at the same time.
Saying yes to becoming a Reiki practitioner opened me up to other avenues and I have since learned how to channel the Akashic Records, the story of each person’s soul; I became certified in Sound Healing; trained with Tracey Stevens in the Root Cause Program, learning how the body and our stored beliefs and emotions communicate with us; and am soon beginning a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program.
I believe that discovering our inner essence is the purpose of our existence and that the work is always expanding and unfolding. Wholeness is the attainable goal.

My Reiki studio is on the top floor of my home, in a converted full attic space. I love the triangular shape of my space and the amount of room that I have to work with; however, there are two sets of stairs that you need to climb to access it. If you have limited mobility for any reason and would prefer for me to set up a table on my first floor, please let me know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Happy to accommodate you!

I do not have a website calendar booking for NEW clients because I want to get a sense of your energy and if we resonate prior to your booking. Please text, email or call me to schedule an appointment.
My schedule is typically booked out at least one week in advance, so for that reason, I am unable to accommodate same-day appointments or walk-ins.
With my studio being out of my home, I do not have a waiting room for anyone that may arrive with you. I highly value creating a confidential space for deep sharing, so having someone with you in the studio space during your appointment is not advisable. They are welcome to wait in the car, or depending on the day, there is a very lovely dessert and coffee shop across the street from my house, Taste by Spellbound. -
I work with women only in my studio space.
I work with both men and women virtually and in event venues.
On a 1:1 basis, I reserve the right to first decide if we are a vibrational match. And you should too. So, let’s chat and see.

Chel is pronounced SHELL. My full first name is Rachel, which is pronounced Ra-Shell in French. During my 7 years in France, this was the name that I went by. I realized during that period that I had never felt like I truly fit in anywhere I had lived. I had moved so much looking for the “right place” and never found it…until I discovered that my body and soul are where I can come home to myself. In moving back to the States, I had a new energy and wanted to carry over this lesson of coming home to myself. I decided to shorten Ra-Shell to Chel as a constant reminder of the discoveries and growth I have made.
If I have learned anything about healing, it is that it happens in a spiral, not in a line. We revisit lessons over and over until we have plumbed their depths. The spiral pattern of shells is like this. I have a deep love of the water and the sea, and like the beloved sea creatures who carry their homes with them in the form of their shells, I found Chel to be extra symbolic for me.

New clients must book your first appointment with me directly. This first appointment will be payable in studio. I accept all debit and credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice, when possible. I will work with you directly to reschedule, if needed. If you no show without notice, I reserve the right to not rebook your appointment.
If you are an existing client, please book your appointment online with the private calendar link. This link is confidential and is only for your use. If you need to reschedule and sufficient notice has been given, your prior payment will be rolled over to the new session. Reschedules happen with me directly.
