Hi, I am so glad that you are here! My name is Chel (pronounced “shell”) and I am an intuitive Reiki Master, a certified Sound Healer, and a Transformation Guide in West Hartford, Connecticut. I love meeting women in one stage of their journey, and witnessing them walk into another.

In our culture of hard work and hard distraction, we sometimes wake up to the realization that the life we have been creating is not serving us in the highest and best way. We can end up feeling tired, stressed, anxious, and/or longing for more balance, joy, or alignment. Or perhaps, identifying as “stuck,” “broken,” or “unworthy.”

You have the innate potential to be whole, complete, and everything you ever wanted, or imagined. You are so much more than you realize, and certainly more powerful than you give yourself credit for. I fervently believe that we are our own healers. I am here to guide you into becoming yours.

I have been on this journey and I would be honored to meet you on yours. Together, we can uncover the limiting beliefs and conditioning that have been holding you back from your Highest Self.

I am here to witness your journey into more fullness. I am here to offer tools that have worked for me along the way…
